Question:
Hi! Will the Universal Mounting Kit - Rooftop Ski Rack Hardware System/Code: 7533998 be the right product, to attach the Thule Flat Top ski carrier to an Aero-style aftermarket bar? And is so, which nuts/wing nuts do I need to fasten the bolts? If not, what do you recommend instead? Thank you,

For the factory roof rack on your vehicle and the Thule Flat Top ski carrier you will actually need Universal Mounting Kit, # 7533998. This kit was designed exactly for what you need; attaching the carrier to a factory style aero crossbar.
