Greetings: Both of these harnesses look the same and appear when I search my 2001 Lexus LX470. What is the difference between the C55245 and the 118245? Which one would you recommend for my vehicle? Thank you for your assistance.

I can help compare the # C55245 and the # 118245.

These two wiring harnesses are designed to do the same job for wiring up your 2001 Lexus LX-470 the only real difference is the manufacture that they are distributed from. The # 118245 is designed and distributed by Tow Ready a company owned by Cequent Manufacturing and the # C55245 is designed and distributed by Curt Manufacturing.

Both harnesses plug in the same way and provide a 4 pole connector for your vehicle end. For your vehicle I would recommend the # 118245, because we have had better feedback with the Tow Ready brand over the Curt.
