Question:

I purchased and installed the LC179013 and LC179014 landing legs. They work great! What lubrication should I use in the grease fittings? How often should they be lubricated? Thanks,

Glad to hear how pleased you are with the Lippert landing legs # LC179013 and # LC179014!

I spoke to my contact at Lippert and he recommended a white lithium grease like # L11354 for the zerk fitting for the gears and a silicone based lubricant on the exterior of the legs.

He also told me that there is no particular schedule for greasing, just an as needed basis. He did tell me that you will want to be careful not to over grease them or the grease will run down the leg and attract dirt and debris to the leg.
