Question:
Im potentially buying a used truck camper this weekend. I dont have any tie down equipment. Im completely ignorant of what I need as Ive never had a truck camper. Can someone put together a list of what I need? I want the easiest to operate. Im of moderate skill level. For example, I have installed several trailer hitches on cars without issue. Cost is of less concern up to a limit. My truck is a 2015 Chevy 2500HD, 6.6L diesel, crew cab, 66inch bed. The camper is a 2009 Palomino SS-1251-SB. Thank you

I have a solution for Truck Camper's needs.
The first thing you will need is the tie-down equipment. The front tie-downs that are custom fit for your 2015 Chevy Silverado 2500 are Tork-Lift # TLC2220.
The rear custom kit depends on a few details:
If you have a dual rear wheel with no running boards and a factory hitch installed: # TLC3217.
If you have a single rear wheel no running boards and a factory hitch installed: # TLC3215.
If you have no running boards and torklift hitch installed: # TLC3216.
If you have no running boards and an after market hitch installed: # TLR3500.
Next you will need Turnbuckles to keep your camper connected to your vehicle during transport. I recommend the Tork-Lift FastGun # TLS9529-2-LK turnbuckles, they are a hassle free style of turnbuckles. You just hook one end of each turnbuckle onto your camper and hook the other end onto the camper tie-downs that are mounted to your truck's frame. Then, to tighten the turnbuckles, flip the lever-action handles down - it's that simple. Sturdy pin locks are included to secure the handles in place, ensuring that your tie-down system remains tight and secure. These are available in Stainless Steal # TLS9526-2-LK or Grey # TLS9522-2-LK. All of these options include locks to secure your camper to your truck and are keyed alike.
With the addition of your Palomino, your suspension may need to be upgraded to accommodate the weight of the of it. I would go with Timbren's # TGMRCK25D. This rear enhancement goes where your factory bumps stops are already installed and are easy to trade out.
The last recommendation I have for you is an Extenable HitchMate TruckStep # HE4045. This extendable step will mount into your 2 inch hitch and allow for you to step up into your camper with ease. Also, an in-bed wiring harness if your camper needs one, like # 41157. This reroutes the wiring harness to be in the bed instead of hanging down from your camper to your bumper.
I have linked a Help article on how to mount a truck bed camper for your convenience.
