Spare Tire Carrier for a Little Guy Silver Shadow Trailer with Limited Mounting Space

Question:
I have a Little Guy Silver shadow 5x10 camping trailer. I want to put a spare tire mount on the tongue. The problem is that I have a narrow space to mount since I have a battery and plans for a storage box. I am having a hard time finding the width of the mounting brackets to see if they will work. Do you have a recommendation? Tire size is 205/75/D14 - 5 Lug Thanks!

I don't think that spare tire carrier # CE27310G is going to work because the one u-bolt has that protrusion and you have very limited space.
Something like # CE22007Z-11050-2 would be a better option because you will just have the u-bolt around the frame. Since there is such little space this type of carrier is pretty much the only option.
