Question:
I have just purchased a 2015 remake of the Shasta Aitflyte 16. The factory SB requires a upgrade of the spring shackel to prevent the tire from hitting the wheel well. Reports the fix dont fix the problem of only 1 1/2 inch clearance Some owners are replacing the 3500 lb , 4 leaf spring with a 5 leaf spring giving them 4 inches clearance. Do you have experience with this?

This is the first time I have heard of this issue but if a 5-leaf spring is the fix then we may have something that will work depending on the measurements you will need. When measuring springs you will need to have the weight off of them by either removing a spring or jacking up one side of the trailer so no weight is on that one side.
Spring # e34SR is the only 5-leaf double-eye spring that we carry. It measures 25-1/4 inches from spring eye center to spring eye center and 3 inches from spring eye center down to the top of the stack.
If this spring will not work then you could have the old suspension hangers removed and replace them with taller ones. I have included a link to the double-eye spring hangers we carry. Hanger removal and installation should be performed by a qualified professional welder.
And if you think that longer shackle straps would work the longest we have is a 3-1/2 inch model, # TRSL350.
