If you are needing to replace the 4-way on your 2007 Ford E250 you can use the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness, # C56020.
If you are actually looking to convert the 4-way to a 7-way you will need to use adapter # 37185. Your current 4-way will just plug into the 4-way plug on the adapter and the remaining 4 wires will need to be connected as follows:
White - Ground to the vehicle frame.
Black - Connect to battery with fuse or breaker for 12V power.
Blue - Connect to Brake Controller Output Wire
Purple - This will attach to the reverse light wire behind one of the tail lights. If the trailer does not have reverse lights or a reverse electric lock out then you can just tape up this wire and stow it out of the way.
I have attached a diagram of this for you.
