I went to our warehouse and took a couple measurements of the Swagman Easy-Out Women's and Alternative Frame Bike Adapter, part # 64005 for you.

One end of the adapter measures 1-1/4 inches wide and the opposite end measures 2-1/8 inches, so this should fit your 1-1/2 inch seat post just fine. I have attached a photo of the # 64005 with the dimensions noted.
