According to Optronics the gauge of wire used in the Waterproof, Over 80" LED Trailer Light Kit with 25' Wiring Harness # TLL16RK is 20 gauge. This may seem like a very light gauge (it is), but when you consider that these lights are LEDs which draw a very small amount of amperage it is more than adequate.

The answer to an earlier question about wire gauge indicated the wire was 18 gauge for the TLL16RK. This answer states that it is 20 gauge. Which is correct?
