I just want to verify that the above link is all I need to mount the rack to my roof or will I need some other parts or kits

Yes, to complete a roof rack for your 2011 Honda Accord Coupe all you would need is the two Rhino Rack part numbers that you referenced, part # RRVA126B-2, # RRRLKVA and # DK151.
