How much brighter if any is the 48 diode Stop turn and tail STL70RB than the same 12 diode light STL22RB?

I spoke with my contact at Optronics and was informed that the Lumen difference between part # STL70RB and part # STL22RB LED stop, turn and tail lights is not tested by Optronics.
I was told that the more LED lights in the tail light the brighter the light will be. I have seen these lights on display and these lights are very bright especially as compared to incandescent lights.
