I have a 2008 Ford f-250 Super Duty and was wondering if the Brophy camper tie downs would work on my truck? Thank you

As long as the underside of the bed rail lip is at least two inches wide (see diagram I've provided for you), the CR Brophy # HSSF camper tie downs are what I'd recommend. You'll also need the tie-down hardware package, part # TDHP which includes the S hooks and turnbuckles.
