Question:
Forward solenoid quit shortly after purchasing from other retailer. I only use it to load my race car about 18 times a season. New season starting in April, I would like to get it fixed. Can you get me solenoid for it? My winch is a UT 3000 {part # 1331200} serial # {R364904 } 2500 lb. superwinch Thanks

I spoke with my contact at Superwinch and you will need the Replacement UT3000 Control Box, # SW87-17428, to fix your winch. This complete assembly includes both the in and out relays.

I purchased the control box # SW87-17428 for the UT3000 recently. It worked for about a week, then stopped working again. when I bypass the control box applying 12v directly to the motor the motor works fine. Could it be the control box again?
