Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look together at the Superwinch replacement control box. Now this is going to replace the control box on your Superwinch UT 3000 winch. And on your screen for your easy reference, I am including the model number of that winch that this is going to fit and work with. And as you know, this does provide the plug for a handheld remote.
And this is going to attach to the winch motor with the included hardware that you see here. So you have your connections here, your motor connection, and then your power cord. So this does include everything that you see here. This is the replacement from SuperWinch. So you can have the confidence that this is going to work just like your original control box with your UT 3000 winch.

The part was hard to find in Canada….etrailer was as good as their reviews indicated and came through.
It took slightly longer time to arrive but with regular updates on expected time of arrival, there was no reason to get impatient or worrying about possible issues.
It arrived well packed and exactly what I expected.
With this particular item I found it necessary to call the customer assistance line for help with the item. All of the representatives that I spoke with were very friendly and professional. The correct item was located and shipped in a timely manner and operates very well.
This is not the first order I have made to etrailer and have always met with the same satisfaction.
