Bulldog Winch Powersports Series ATV Winch Part # BDW15002 Only Works One Way

Question:

I just ordered your replacement control unit for the BDW15002 mine failed after only a few uses. It will extend but not retract, yet the solenoids click, so I suspect its a problem in the epoxy-sealed brain component. Do you have a wiring diagram or, even better, an instruction manual for the winch that I can download?

I have attached a photo of the wiring diagram for the Bulldog Winch Powersports Series ATV Winch part # BDW15002 and I have emailed the owner's manual to you separately as well. For further reference, if the winch only extends and doesn't retract or vise versa then odds are the relay just went bad and you do not need to replace the entire Power Unit part # BDW20115 to fix this, just the relay part # BDW20101 which you may want to just get a few extras of.
