On the ends of the Brophy tie downs # HSAB where you would tie off the camper the tip is turn up to be parallel with the ground. The angled design allows more clearance between hold-downs and truck fenders.On # HSSF the tips are not turn up and are at about a 45 degree angle.
For either kit I also recommend the associated hardware package # TDHP.
