The equalizer you currently have on your trailer is the Curved Equalizer # TREQ356 that has 6-1/8 inches between the mounting holes horizontally and 2-1/2 inches vertically.
The closest EZ Flex to what you have would be the # K71-652-00 which has a horizontal measurement between bolt holes that ranges from 5-1/4 inches to 6-1/4 inches depending on how much the equalizer compresses and a vertical height of 2-1/4 inches.
