We are interested in 5.70-8 tires with a D rating, rims and metal valve stems. Can the metal valve stems come already installed?

We do offer several options in 5.70-8 size tires-with-wheels in Load Range D. All can be seen on the link provided. You can choose between two bolt patterns, 4-on-4-inch and 5-on-4-1/2. All options are for a bias ply tires, such as the # AM30153 you referenced. All come with a rubber valve installed.
We do not install valve stems here at etrailer. These tires/wheels come in from the manufacturer already mounted together. For a metal valve stem we offer bolt-on chrome-plated brass stem # AM20906.
