I am looking for a tire/wheel combo where the stud holes are 3.75 center to center with a 4.80-8.00 tires.

We do have tires that will fit the Steel Trailer Wheel - 8" x 3-3/4" Rim - 4 on 4 - White # AM20001. You can use either a 4.80/4.00-8 tire or 5.70-8 tire. If you're replacing tires on your trailer I recommend choosing one that matches the size of your current tire. The Kenda K353 Bias Trailer Tire - 5.70-8 # AM10013 and the Kenda K371 Bias Trailer Tire - 4.80/4.00-8 - Load Range C # AM10004 will both work with this wheel.

The # AM10013 is a load range D tire with a maximum capacity of 1,075 lbs at 100 psi. This tire has an outer diameter of 18.0" and a 5.8" section width. The # AM10004 is a load range C tire with a max load of 745 lbs at 90 psi. This tire has an outer diameter of 16.1" and a 4.7" section width.

If you would like a wheel and tire combo then we have the # AM30153 for a 5.70-8 tire and the # AM30010 for a 4.80/4.00-8 tire.

The 4 x 3.75 bolt pattern you're looking for is not very common. From what I have found, this is typically on Lotus, MG and Rover vehicles. I recommend double checking that bolt pattern just to be sure. Although we do have the # AM10004 tire I previously mentioned, we do not have any wheels available with that bolt pattern. If you are unable to find replacement wheels with this bolt pattern you may want to consider replacing the hubs to fit a common bolt pattern size like 4 on 4. If you let me know the capacity of your axle and the which bearings you currently have I could see if one is available. I have attached a helpful article on measuring bolt patterns for your reference.
