Question:
I am looking for a hard to find trailer hub. UFP 1-3/8inch x 1-3/8inch bearing, 5 on 4.5inch Stud Hub #33667. Both bearings are the same size. Do you have it or can you get it?

The replacement idler hub kit that you referenced, Dexter 2200-lb E-Z Lube Hub Assembly # 8-258-50UC1-EZ that is shown in the linked video, does use the same inner and outer bearing (L44649) and it does have the 5-on-4-1/2-inch bolt pattern you require. This kit is intended for 2200-lb E-Z Lube axles and wheels from 13- to 15-inches in diameter.
In order to determine if this is the correct hub you'll need to verify your axle's weight rating, which should be indicated on a sticker or plate on the axle itself. You will also need to obtain the bearing numbers from your existing hub, or take very precise measurements of the spindle using a digitial or dial caliper. The measurements must be taken to the nearest thousandth - meaning three decimal places - such as 1.063 inches as in the case of the L44649 bearing used in this kit.
A photo is linked that will show you the typical appearance and location of the bearing part numbers. It also shows the points on the spindle that you need to measure if you cannot get the bearing numbers. Once you know the bearing number used in your hub - or your precise spindle measurements - you can use our site to search for a matching hub kit that uses the same number or size bearings.
The link at right will take you to our main page for hub assemblies on which you can use the filters to narrow down the products shown to those with your required axle rating and bearing set. I included also a link to an article on replacing bearings that may be helpful. We do offer a repacking tool # L70025 which makes it easier to properly pack your bearings with grease. Please refer to the linked video for a demonstration.
We also offer a range of bearing grease products such as LubriMatic LMX Industrial Strength Grease - 14 oz. Cartridge Item # L11390.
