Troubleshooting A Greystone RV Fireplace That Stays Lit After Turning Off

Question:

The light stays lit in frozen mode when power is off when turned on the flames work and heater but the minute you hit the power button to shut it off the light stays on in the frozen position.. Ive unplugged it and plugged back in but still the same.. how can I fix this..

The only troubleshooting you can really do with an RV fireplace like your Greystone RV Electric Fireplace # 324-000068 is to remove the fireplace from the cutout and unplug it from the outlet for 15 mins for it to reset. While you have it out of the cutout I recommend taking a can of compressed air and blowing out the vents on the sides and back to get rid of any built up dust.

If resetting your fireplace doesn't work your control board could have gone bad and will require you to reach out to the manufacturer for a replacement control board.
