so far a great product, super easy installation. This was put on a 2012 Dodge Ram C/V. Took about 1 hr total, including the wiring for the trailer lights.

Hitch looks great. Broken rear passenger side nut in the frame rail is slowing installation but it’s common and plenty of videos on how to fix. Wasn’t going to do trail wiring but with everything that has to come apart it’s the best time to do it. Waiting for the wiring from etrailer to finish it

This is my second hitch from etrailer.com. I am a return customer because I was satisfied with my first hitch. This one was even easier to install. I put it on in about a 1/2 hour in my drive with out a jack or second person. I will plug in the wiring tomorrow. I remember how easy that was the first time. I am a little OCD and will run the power wires from the battery inside pex tubing under the vehicle just like the first one. There was nothing hard or surprising with this hitch. I am happy, happy, happy!

It is holding up fine. I use it every week.
I should've checked here first, Amazon not only didn't deliver on time, they damaged the hitch in transit, sent it back to the seller before it even arrived and still hasn't credited my card, was in a pinch so found etrailer had the hitch I needed, it was cheaper, arrived on time and customer service kept me informed the entire time, they'll have all my business for towing supplies in the future

Heavy duty, nice quality. I only had to undo the rubber hanger on muffler to install on my 13' Town and country.

Ive only used one and I only use it to carry a track for extra family stuff on trips. Worked perfect though and didnt bang the lift door. Love the addition for the family trips!
Well made, quality hitch. Perfect fit for our 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan. Arrived quickly and well packaged, despite box being a bit beat up, due to the weight of the hitch. etrailer also wrapped the hitch with packaging, and included instructions. It can be done fairly easily on the ground, depending on how big you are. The hitch bolted up perfectly, using the bolts already installed on the van. Clearance between the hitch and the bumper was perfect, no cutting or bending required with this hitch. Very happy with etrailer,
About a year ago I purchased this for my wife’s 2013 Chrysler town and county van so she could haul her and the kids bikes. It was easy to install when following the video and does not rattle or have other issues. I would buy again and found etrailer.com best price and good service at the time. I have not pulled many trailers as the wiring kit and process did not seem easy and at the time was also pricey. I hope to relook at the wiring this year. For bikes. Is excellent

Receiver brackets were deformed and did not align with the factory mounting holes on my van. Had to bend brackets back into alignment. Supposedly this is a common occurrence however there is no mention of checking the alignment of the brackets in the directions or installation video. Wasted my time fighting with it.

The product is excellent for the price given! The shipping and package condition lacks but it installed perfectly. The few spots damaged I was able to paint with a can of spray paint to prevent rust. But overall satisfactory
I have purchased several trailer hitches from e trailer. All have been manufactured well and install as per instructions. This one was for my Chrysler minivan and installed perfectly following instructions. Tow hitch barely visible below rear bumper as per picture.
When hitch for my 2014 T&C got to me the box was torn up so I thought there might be damage. Nope it was just fine. Very very well built, nice welds, great craftsmanship. The mat black finish is really nice looking and it look like it will hold up well. The hitch fit up under the van really well all you can see of it is the 2 inch receiver. NICE! Thanks for an inexpensive, well built, nice looking hitch!
2016 Chrysler Town & Country van.
Fairly easy installation. Only 5 bolts for the hitch itself, 3 bolts to displace the exhaust/muffler. It's better if you have a 2nd person to help lift it into place, but I managed to get it close enough with 2 standing 5 gallon buckets and a 2 X 4 board piece. I jacked up the back of the van and placed on hack stands. A breaker bar or impact wrench is highly recommended. Get some cardboard boxes to lay on the ground which makes it easier for you to slide around on. I plan on using this for a hitch carrier, and once I add the towing wiring, I can use it for a Harbor Freight utility trailer. Customer service was great, received hitch sooner than expected.
Using it on my dodge caravan minivan with the swing away hitch and tire carrier. Good quality product and would recommend it to others. And Courtney helped me pick out everything I would need for my project. I’ve been shopping at etrailer now for 20 years and they are the best!
Great product. While I did wire it up, I did have my local oil change and car guy slap the receiver up and bolt it in. I am hitting 75, and just don't have the muscle for that anymore....real easy when it was up for its oil change!!!
