The installation went exactly according to plan, and the final install looks great. I used a mechanic's creeper and some ramps, which was extremely helpful. The videos on the website were excellent, showing every little detail. I cut an extra hole in the bumper for a 7-way connector, and I'm very happy with how it turned out.
First off - this thing is a BRUTE! Nice thick metal construction, grade 8 hardware all around. Installation was pretty straightforward. Hit a few small hangups on the exhaust side - washers were getting hung up on heat shield. DEFINITELY make sure the threads are chased/clean on the welded nuts. I pre-fitted every bolt and drove them in all the way ahead of installation. Beyond those small hiccups it was relatively easy. Also - etrailer does a PHENOMENAL job with their packaging. This thing could have been dropped off the Empire State Building and been completely intact (ok, so a bit of exaggeration, but still). If you're gonna be towing with your Telluride - this is definitely one receiver to look into.

Installing the hitch was quick and easy. The only problem was the measurements provided in the instructions to cut the plastic panel were off by 3/4". Measure twice - cut once. Anyway it all worked out.

This was the 3rd eTrailer hitch receiver I've purchased. The fit and finish is great and the materials are heavy duty. It took me about 2.5 hours to install but I'm 72, don't have any air powered tools and worked alone in my garage. (Did i mention this sucker is heavy?)

Great! 0 issues - I use it for a VelociRax 6 bike rack - no issues although the Kia has a low-ish ride height - so go slow thru dips!
All bolts and other hardware was included with the hitch. All mounting instructions were correct and easy to follow. Thank you for making this product.

A year later after installing the hitch and I continue to be completely satisfied with the product. I continue to find the quality of materials to be excellent. I would recommend this product without hesitation.
Ordered and installed this hitch a year ago and it's great. Build quality is outstanding and installation is quick and easy. I recommend following the installation videos that can be found on this site. For our 2023 kia telluride I had to cut some trim off. It looks like it came from the factory.
Installation was straight forward - the only qualm I have with the 1-page installation guide was the dimensions for trimming the plastic bumper fascia were completely wrong for the 2025 Kia Telluride. Good thing I triple checked with a tape measure from the edges of both left and right where the plastic fascia clicks in. Other than that, it's a very clean install and the matte black is fire.
Fairly easy to install and looks great. Installed on 24 Telluride SX Xline
I like that it doesn't protrude pass the bumper.
Perfect fit for my ‘24 Kia Telluride, which was installed by U-Haul. Good looking and works fine for boat & trailer weighing about 3600#.
Instructions were simple which made it easy to install. Looks good on my Telluride. Has good ground clearance on my steep driveway.

Great! No issues!
I haven't used it yet but it seems like it will work great. I has a nice snug fit where I won't worry about dragging it going in and out of the driveway like in our other vehicle. The install was fairly easy but the exhaust area is a challenge. I only had a jack and that didn't provide the clearance needed to do the work around there very easy. Even with removing the hangers for the exhaust. Some car ramps might have been the better option. It can be done with a jack, you just have to be a little patient.
Racheal A was awesome when I called to verify the tow hitch, I found on the website, actually would work. She handled everything over the phone, and it arrived quickly. The quality of the hitch top notch and the installation was exactly like the video on your website. I did not have a lift, so installation took a little bit longer, but not bad at all. Thanks for the help, I'll be back.
Had my dealership put it on, no problems at all! Works great, only gripe is I had to buy separate wire harness and for whatever reason it didn’t fit my Telluride. Dealership had me covered though.

I installed it and your instruction video was most excellent. It was necessary to remove/install heat shield over muffler to allow room to insert mounting bolt-that wasn’t mentioned in the video. Took some wrangling to reinstall the shield. All good in the end.

Well, it’s been about a year since I installed the hitch, and hey, it hasn’t fallen off once! It’s still snuggly attached with no rattle after a using for several 1000-mile 4000-lb hauls. The finish is holding up nicely, too.
Hitch is sturdy and well built and was easy enough to install. Would have given it 5 stars but the packaging was poor and as a result it was damaged with deep scratches through the powder coating into the metal where the box tore during shipping.

Awe crap.. let's get you a paint credit so you can cover those scratches. We always recommend to cover those scratches with a Rust-Oleum paint to prevent any future rusting. I also attached a help article for your reference.

The hitch went in fairly easily. The hardest part (for me) was removing the rubber mounts (3)for the exhaust system. I recommend watching a video on the installation. The video says to measure the bumper cover with the hitch installed for making the cutout. I am glad I did! The dimensions on the sheet you get with the hitch is way off, by 3/4". The install sheet says to cut at 9 1/2" and I cut at 8 3/4". If I had used the sheet dimensions, I would have been really mad. Overall very pleased with the hitch and saved me over $1200 from the dealer install.
Perfect fit. I have a 2023 Kia Telluride and this unit fit the factory holes perfectly. I did cut the plastic bumper in way of the receiver, using a razor knife, and it looks like factory install.
Trailer hitch receiver was exactly as described and much lighter than the previous Aftermarket one I had to return.I will definitely recommend product
