They actually contact you to make sure you've received your order and everything was as expected. eTrailer comes through every time. I will buy from these guys every time I need trailer parts. My only complaint is that the hangers are bent out too far, had to bend everyone of them in about 1/2" to get nuts on the bolts. Added about 1/2 hour of work to the job.
The brackets in the kit were not square. Luckily we bought an extra set of brackets which were square.
Product and service are excellent. You should consider using better shipping containers or using a different shipper. My box showed up with a hole in the bottom and the tape ripped almost gave way. By reading other comments this is not the first time.
Shipped fast looks good will be putting it on my trailer this weekend.

Awesome use it everyday for my work.
We summer at a remote cabin in the Gila Nat'l Forest above Silver City NM. The last 5 miles to the cabin is extremely rough and puts a lot of wear and tear on both my truck and my trailer that we use to transport water, food, building materials and supplies to the cabin on a twice a month schedule. I have had suspension springs break, blown tires and damaged coupler. I ordered this kit to replace the entire hanger assembly because of wear and tear, cracks and loose fittings. I had to re-enforce the frame and weld up some cracks and wear points. The kit was great and worked perfect. The trailer is now like new and will serve me for years to come.
I bought the spring kit to put on my home built trailer that I put my old heavy slide-in camper on. It more than met my expectations. There was no sway at 75mph or on the 5 mile trail back to camp.
I think these Trailer spring hangers are working out very well. Can’t wait to test it out on the road. I’m building a 7000 lbs GVWR trailer to mount a generator on.
It was easy to install, and had all the parts I needed.

Had what I needed to repair my trailer. Shipping was faster than expected. The kit should contain bushing for the springs as well. Also an option for the greaseable pins.
I received my order very fast. The quality is excellent and everything that I expected. What is also impressive is that if you have questions about setting up your axle kit, etrailer has printable instructions right on their website that will make installation simple.

My flatbed trailer is a 1998 and the suspension and wheels were suffering from Pa's use of salt brine on the roads. The wheels had holes rusted through them! Decided it was time to repair the trailer. Got new wheels and suspension parts from E-trailer. Got my parts fast at a good price and well on my way to having a reliable trailer again. Great service and will do business again!

Year later and trailer is still working great again. PA inspection will be due in a month and everything is still in good shape

I had a trailer with a suspension that needed new bushing and rocker arm. I looked on line and decided on the parts I needed. I called my order in on Sunday evening and explained I needed the parts ASAP.
The parts were sent to UPS Sunday evening. I received the parts about 2:00 Wednesday. I have already installed the parts. The suspension is back like new now.

I didn’t receive all parts on original shipment. Box was partly open due to the box wasn’t big enough and that’s why it bust. After Tralee already tore part when found. I called to get replacement parts. That went well until I received what I was originally missing, and y’all sent me galvanized straps and I said to hell with it. Not going to keep waiting. I’ll paint over them. Not sure why my new order and the replacement straps couldn’t have been shipped together. But oh well I’ll wait several more days for part that was in stock in the same building probably to shopped late. Better luck next time

It is unusual that the brackets are not square. I know that you have the extra set however we will still be in contact with you to have the brackets replaced.
