Can Trailer Hanger Spacing be Shortened by 3/8 of an Inch

Question:
Need to know if the distance between the front hanger to the center hanger can be less than the recommended 29.5 due to limited space available on a dual axle setup short by 3/8?

Hey Greg, 3/8 of an inch is not that much so you could shorten it up that much if you wanted without issue. I would try and even that distance difference out for both axles and also do the exact same on other side of the trailer so that your alignment stays good.

Hey Greg, how did things turn out with the tandem-axle hanger spacing after you adjusted it by 3/8 of an inch? Sharing how it worked could help others trying to fit their hangers in tight spaces.
