Have not installed it yet. Hitch came unscathed so was very pleased. Anxious to install it looks pretty straightforward. I’ve bought a few things from etrailer and always been happy and Will was very patient and helpful.
This curt trailer hitch is very sturdy. It bolts onto my 2022 Toyota Highlander without any issues. I highly recommend this tow hitch for anyone who wants to tow utility trailers or smaller boats and campers.

Very solid hitch. Have gone on many road trips & camping trips and the hitch holds very well! Highly recommend getting one! Installation was very manageable also, not difficult at all!
Weather finally allowed me to install. Fit was perfect. Used pair of ramps as props with a hydraulic jack to then lift the final foot and get the first bolt in. I kept the fascia and just cut out the parts that would not fit.
This is an extremely durable and heavy duty trailer hitch. It fit perfectly on my 2022 Toyota Highlander Hybrid Limited. The foot kick sensor still works just fine for the hands free liftgate. I just kick under the new hitch bar and point my toes up around the back and it works every time. I installed it myself. Tightened it with my socket wrench and went to an auto parts store to rent a torque wrench to tighten it up the rest of the way. I don't own one and didn't want to buy one just for six bolts. I trimmed a little bit of the plastic underbody panel with an oscillating trimmer tool, not the entire suggested piece in the instructions. Only what needed to be removed for the driver's side of the new hitch plate that is exposed.
The hitch and electrical connections installed well. The only issue is the various Utubes I watched were a bit misleading. Even the instructions with the hitch mislead me and resulted in my having to remove the hitch and replace some tabs from the bumbet that should have been left attached. The biggest problem was the weight. All the Utubes I watched had two men doing the install I’m 82 and did it myself. Final product looks great. Curt makes a great product.

The installer had it attached and ready to go in about half an hour. It’s easy when you have the experience and equipment. Have used the bike rack with it. No problems.
The installation was a seamless operation, it fit perfectly. It has been a sturdy, rust free, easy to install recepticle.
The hitch was a perfect fit and easy to install using their online videos that provide the expert directions and know how. The hitch has performed beautifully over the last year and I will definitely use etrailer again and highly recommend them to anyone needing a towing hitch or accessories. Thanks etrailer.
It looks nice and is priced right. It wasn't too hard to install because there is a video for my vehicle. The enclosed instructions were more understandable after I watched the video.

Its rated for more than the car is. We bought ours for a 2021 Toyota Highlander and according to the owners manual, the vehicle can pull 5,000 lb. This hitch is rated for 6,000. Please refer to the owners manual when pulling a trailer. Just because the hitch says 6,000, doesnt mean the car will handle it

A one person installation! With the online installation video in hand I was able to install the hitch and light wiring in 1.5 hrs. The hitch bolted up easily and the T light wiring kit was as simple as the online video explained. Best of all, this hitch looks good.
Service was fantastic. The hitch shipped very quickly. Install was less than an hour and very happy with the purchase!
The quality of the hitch appears excellent. I was able to install it myself the day I got it. I put it on a 2021 Toyota Highlander XLE. The plastic panel on the driver side needs to be trimmed as shown in the directions. See the picture or how it looks when reinstalled. The fit was perfect.
In my opinion- C45CR best and strongest Trailer Hitch for the price on the market.
Good Quality and easy to install.
Just installed it (2021 Highlander Hybrid Platinum) with my 17-year old son. Took about an hour and 15 minutes. Not difficult at all. I’ll be testing it this weekend and will post more afterwards. It is definitely solid though!

Great Product, but hitches box was damaged and right side of hitch was pushed in about an inch and a half. Would not line up on frame rail. I was able to straighten it and make it work,
Bolted right up. No problems. Looks gre at.
