I received the hitch receiver and installed it myself. I would recommend lifting the car and a 2nd set of hands. Receiver is thick gauge and heavy duty. The black looks clean and the bar hides behind the bumper, only showing the actual receiver stem.
Hitch fit Grand Highlander hybrid. Easy install, just 4 bolts. The threaded holes are already in the frame. Just remove the plastic caps in the holes. I used a jack to help hold it up during install and and extra set of hands. 15 minutes to install. Josh was thorough and followed up on the purchase.
Quick delivery, super easy install… packaging definitely leaves something to desire though… thankfully small parts were securely taped to the hitch and the hitch survived UPS lol.
Pro tip. Deep sockets can be a very tight fit on the passenger side bolts (specific to the grand highlander) so recommend having a shallow socket.
I purchased this hitch specifically for my 2026 Grand Highlander Hybrid Limited because it was advertised to not interfere with the trunk kick gate sensor. The product demo video even showed it not interfering with the sensor, however, after we installed the hitch, our kick sensor no longer works. It now does 1 beep followed by 2 quick beeps but will not open the rear gate. In doing research online, this is because the hitch is interfering with the foot sensor. Again, I wouldn't have purchased if I knew it would stop our kick sensor from working.
Super easy ordering and installation! I marked it down one star only due to the shipping/packaging. It was mainly plastic wrap and there was some scuffing of the hitch. Not a show stopper but it could have been wrapped better. My kick sensor still works fine
Installed in an hour on a 2025 Lexus tx500h. Instructions were straightforward and customer service from the time I ordered through delivery was second to none.
Product came in with thick plastic bag wrapped around the tube and hitch receiver. The part that you bolt to your suv/truck had only packing tape. As UPS truck delivery guy took it from the back of truck, I heard it clunking and pray that nothing is bent or damaged.

Easy install and easy to attach our bike rack. Great price too! Shipping went smoothly and it is packaged well.
I'm not sure if it's from shipping or manufacturing. The hitch plates are about 1 inch too narrow and wouldn't fit. I had to put one ear under an excavator track and bend it two force it open.
Install was straightforward. It was a little challenging getting the hitch into position to put the mounting bolts, but I was able to use a jack and stand.

Great product. Easy to install
Super easy install, and it works exactly as it should! It would be easier to install it with 2 people, but I was able to do it myself utilizing blocks to hold up one side while I fastened the other. Overall, I would definitely recommend this product.
Super easy installation and zero issues using it for towing and bike rack. Will definitely come back for all my other towing/hitch needs.
Solid trailer hitch at a great price. The customer service at the time of transaction was excellent as well. One year in and it shows no signs of wear or rust. I currently use it for holding my bike rack and with a carrier for tailgates, but I wouldn't hesitate to pull a trailer with it.

The installation went very well. I wasn't 100% sure that the wiring harness would fit my 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid MAX. Your website stated that the fit "hasn't been confirmed"...I took a chance and it fit perfectly. The rear bumper 4 pin connector was a bit of a challenge to access....mainly because of my XXL hand! The 10 pin wiring connector under the interior cup holder was a piece of cake.....only had to remove the cup holder to access the connector...no screws to remove as the instructions stated. There was plenty of room to "park" the wiring and convertor box. I installed the hitch solo...it took a little time but was manageable (only a little cussing). After everything was installed I tested the lights..all OK. I finally checked to see if the kick sensor on the rear hatch would work...again, OK. Only issue with the kick sensor is that the sensing range has decreased somewhat. Tried to attach a photo...no luck.

The unboxed, but heavily wrapped in industrial-strength bubble wrap and padding, receiver arrived completely undamaged. This is a much better shipping solution than an unpadded receiver in an oversize box, which has resulted in paint damage and bent flanges in the past.
Fit the vehicle well. Easy to install.
Trailer hitch fit perfectly on 2025 Toyota Grand Highlander. Arrived in just a few days and was wrapped very well to keep from getting scratched up.
