Yes, it does Dan! The Curt Trailer Hitch item # C26VV is custom fit and bolts to your 2025 Toyota Grand Highlander with included hardware. I really like this hitch because the entire crosstube mounts behind the rear bumper. This leaves only the 2" receiver exposed which not only looks better but helps with ground clearance.
The Curt item # C26VV is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver. It has a 5,000 lbs towing capacity and a 500 lbs maximum tongue weight.
I have attached a picture below along with the installation instructions so you can see what this hitch looks like once installed.
If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # 119250KIT and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
