I just had it installed and it looks great. Only thing left to do is get a trailer and jetski and see it work

This is an excellent product and we are most pleased with it. We have a 2015 Mercedes E250 bluetec diesel. It is not one of the listed vehicles for this hitch. A Mercedes mechanic told me this would fit on my car and he was correct. It took him a while to complete the installation but the hitch works perfectly. Plus the installation cost was very reasonable. We use the hitch to carry our bikes. Be sure to use an extra strap to add further stability.

Great product
Easy to install, Takes about an hour. Hardest part is drilling holes in your bumper beam. Other than that everything went well. Instructions provided are clear and concise. Hitch on car looks clean and hardly noticeable. Perfect for Hitch Mounted Bike Racks.

etrailer is always great service and shipping. Curt Manufacturing misses the mark with quality control. Welds have bent the plate far enough to misalign holes so threading is impossible.

I am sorry you had to wait twice as long for your hitch but I am glad that our customer service team has already gotten that replacement sent to you. I know this sounds cliché, but for real, if you have any more issues with the hitch, please let us know!
Trailer works good. Easy enough install. Only issue was that hitch arrived missing a spacer required for installation. I reached out to George at etrailer multiple times. he said they don't have the spacer and need to get it from manufacturer. I waited a week without any response, checked with etrailer again, they said the manufacturer had not responded and they would check with them again. Waited another week, no response. Checked again, they said still have not heard from manufacturer. I requested an RMA to return the trailer. waited a week, no response, two weeks nothing, third week, got an email from Carole with an RMA number. By this time I had already contacted Curt Manufacturing myself, and requested the part, received it, and installed the hitch, or I would have certainly returned it.
Customer support at etrailer is extremely lacking.
We chose the right hitch receiver, bold, great design for the car we had I need it to tow my motorcycle and all time works just perfect.
Strongly recommended.

Just perfect, the assemblies and job done was and is great!
It’s a great product. It fits perfectly on my Mercedes Benz E class sedan 2013. Very easy to install. I highly recommend a good power drill. Also, when is time to install the metal plate in the back (4 bolts and washers- step 1-2) start with the 2 bottom ones instead the 2 top ones as you see in the instructions. It’s easier that way. The rest is completely easy. I’ll use this hitch to hang up my 2 bike rack “Yaki....”
I want to ad that the seller was always in contact with me which I think is great. Also, the delivery was on time and the package was perfectly wrapped and protected by a big box.
The YouTube video ETrailer posted was extremely helpful in guiding me through the installation. I’m 70 years old and was able to install it in just over 2 hours by myself. I wish I had used a step bit drill bit but stepping up from small drill bits one by one worked great.
Great quality. Good design good fit even though the hitch was not long enough to fit in the center of the square bumper and my e250 diesel model doesn’t have cutouts to fish wire the bulk and washer through; I had to drill completely through both walls of the bumper tube and buy longer bolts from Home Depot to make this install compete. Through bolts are a stronger and better I stall anyway.

It actually was a perfect fit. The difficult part was drilling the two 17/32 holes. I would recommend that you provide some advice on how to drill those holes in a Mercedes E350 bumper. I tried hi-speed cobalt bits and even a masonry bit. In the end, I had to use my oxyactylene torch to burn those holes and then clean them up with the cobalt bit.
Straightforward install and fits well, doesn't protrude excessively. Good quality hitch that works great.

It was great. I sold my jetski wtrailer so i dont really use the hitch anymote but it worked great when i was using it
