I found rack mount that I like, will this fit and can you still open the trunk assuming not bikes are on it ? TH65JV

I reached out to the biggest suppliers of trailer hitches, and neither Curt or Cequent (the maker of draw-tite, reese and hidden hitch) have a fit for your 2014 Mercedes Benz E350 Coupe. So, unfortunately I don't have a trailer hitch receiver that is a confirmed fit for your vehicle. If I can help you with a trunk mounted bike rack or a roof rack to meet your needs, please let me know and I'd be happy to make a recommendation.

Unfortunately, the # TH65JV is not a confirmed fit for your 2014 E350 Coupe. Thule says none of their trunk mounted racks will fit because the vehicle is unable to support their carrier weight. Most trunk racks allow you to open your trunk when the bikes are not installed, but that does depend on the specific vehicle and rack. For your vehicle, I don't have any platform racks, but I do have a recommendation for you as a trunk mounted bike carrier. I recommend the Saris Bones 3 Bike Carrier - Adjustable Arms - Trunk Mount - Black, # SA801BL. This is a hanging rack that will fit up to 3 bikes, and has been fitted on your vehicle so it is a confirmed fit. This rack has ratcheting anti-sway straps, and the articulated rubber feet are designed to protect your car's finish. This bike rack will allow you to carry up to 3 bikes on your vehicle and features independent adjustable arms.
