For your 2014 Mercedes E350 Sedan the Curt hitch part # C11001 is a confirmed fit. The hitch itself has the capacity needed to tow a trailer with a 825 Sea Doo PWC, but you would need to check the owners manual of your vehicle to determine the vehicle's towing capacities and be sure to stay under them as well.
For a ball mount you would want part # C45572 for a 2 inch hitch ball or the part # C45571 for a 1-7/8 inch ball.
For trailer wiring you then would want the Tekonsha kit part # 119250KIT.
