Which part of the rear i need to drill?

I attached a picture that I took from the install instructions for the Curt hitch part # C11001 that you referenced that covers the section on drilling the frame.
Press hitch against the bottom of the bumper beam, using the hitch as a template mark hole locations with a center punch. Lower hitch and drill hole locations with 17/32" drill bit.
