What Does the Bolt Plate of the Curt Hitch # C11001 Attach to on a 2010 Mercedes Benz E-Class

Question:
What part of the car is this four bolt plate bolting into exactly? I looked at my car and dont se anywhere where it looks like this plate might bolt into. Also, once it arrives and I feel like it is out of my league to bolt it on safely what professionals might I hire to do this for me? Thank you

There is a cross member near where the exhaust comes close together that the plate will bolt through. If you check out the pictures I attached you will see exactly what I am talking about.
The install should not be too bad, but any local garage would have no problem installing this hitch.
