Question:
I have a 2015 e250 - same body style 4door sedan, just diesel. Will this hitch C11001 still fit?

I checked with the hitch manufacturer, and the Curt Hitch # C11001 is not a fit for a 2015 Mercedes-Benz E-250, it only fits the E-350 sedan because the DEF tank interferes with the installation that you see on the gas models.
If you were looking for a way to carry bikes with your 2015 Mercedes E-250 sedan you can still do so with a trunk-mounted bike rack, the Yakima FullBack. This rack is available as a 2- or 3-bike carrier:
- 2-Bike Rack: Yakima FullBack 2-Bike Rack # Y02634
- 3-Bike Rack: Yakima FullBack 3-Bike Rack # Y02633
The anti-sway cradles on the FullBack work together with ratcheting straps to secure your bikes at three different points, which is important because it ensures your bikes don't make any contact with each other or your Mercedes.
The top-notch anti-sway cradles keep your bikes steady, but the FullBack is also the best rack to keep them safely in your possession. It has a cable lock which secures your bikes to the rack as well as a steel-reinforced strap that stores inside your hatch to help keep the FullBack safely on the back of your car.
Please note that when using any hanging rack like the FullBack you'll need Bike Frame Adapter Bar # 64005 if your bike is dual-suspension, has a step-through frame or you want to carry a small children's bike. The bar will give those bikes a horizontal mounting point so they can be carried by the rack.
The accompanying photo is from Yakima and shows the rack on a 2015 Mercedes, and I have added links to a couple video reviews of the FullBack # Y02634 and # Y02633 for you to check out as well.
