Today we're going to take a look at the Blue Ox tow bar, the Roadmaster EZ5, MS, and MX base plate adapter brackets. Now this adapter kit is designed to adapt to Blue Ox tow bar to fit the Roadmaster direct connect base plates, which are equipped with the cross bar already, and the dirt Roadmaster direct connect base plates are the model numbers, EZ5, MS, and MX base plate models. This will work with the Blue Ox motor home mounted tow bars. Now it can also be used with the Blue Ox acclaimed car mounted tow bar, which is part number BX4330, if the space between your base plates is 23 inches to 30 inches.Now this is a very simple installation. These were exactly what I needed. I changed tow vehicles to a Honda HRV (manual) and the only base plate available was the Roadmaster. These adapters took about 10 minutes to change my Blue Ox tow bar to accept the Roadmaster.
Needed this adapter to connect my blue ox tow bar to the roadmaster base plate on the car. The adapter was in stock and shipped quickly to meet my needs.

Great product. Worked perfect. Didn't realize that it didn't come with the pins (my fault) and the pins I had were too small. Had to order correct pins and pay additional shipping. The correct pins are 3/4" diameter so if yours are smaller than that, order the right ones with the kit to avoid additional shipping charges.....just FYI.
This product saved me time and money by not having to make an adaptor from my Blue Ox tow bar to Roadmaster base.
I called, and got the right information. Later on that day I ordered online and everything came on time.
The mount, and the wiring kit fit exactly as expected.

Etrailer originally told me that they could not help me with an adapter I needed. They did not give up the following day Bob the shop supervisor called me and said he had taken another look and had figured out what I needed. They shipped the part the same day.
