In order to make Roadmaster or Demco base plates like the # RM-521453-4, # RM-521453-5 or # DM9519336 work with a Blue Ox tow bar you will need adapters that depend on the specific tow bar and base plate combination.

The # RM-521453-4 can use either # RM-032 or # BX88178 to make it compatible with most Blue Ox tow bars.

The # RM-521453-5 uses the # BX88185 to make it compatible with the same Blue Ox tow bars.

The # DM9519336 is a tabless baseplate, so you'll want to use the # DM9523127 to make it compatible with Blue Ox tow bars.
