Depending on the Roadmaster base plate you have/choose you could need a different adapter. The following adapters are available for each of the different styles of base plates:

Standard (No MX or MS series brackets): RoadMaster Base Plate to Blue Ox and Demco Tow Bars Adapter # RM-033.

Roadmaster EZ, EZ2, EZ4, and XL (Crossbar Style): Roadmaster Tow Bar Adapter # RM-032 or Blue Ox Tow Bar to Roadmaster Standard, EZ and XL Base Plates Adapter # BX88178.

Roadmaster MS, MX, and EZ5 (Direct Connect): Blue Ox Tow Bar to Roadmaster EZ5, MS, and MX Base Plates Adapter Brackets # BX88185.

The Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms Item # RM-521448-5 is an EZ5 style base plate and would require the Blue Ox Tow Bar to Roadmaster EZ5, MS, and MX Base Plates Adapter Brackets Item # BX88185 to be compatible with your Blue Ox tow bar. Note: Use # RM-910029 pins (sold separately) as the pins from your tow bar are too small.
