From the pics you provided, you have a 5-bolt patter on your 15-inch wheels. If that is the case, I recommend the Americana Baby Moon Trailer Wheel Center Cap - Chrome-Plated Steel # AM90086. This Baby Moon fits 15-inch wheels with 5-bolt lug patterns.
