The items were packaged with care and arrived intact. These fit our basic Lexus crossbars and is the perfect product for carrying our two (2) kayaks. My hat goes off to the great folks at etrailer -- It doesn't get any better than this!!!

I searched a lot of websites before finding what I needed on etrailer.com for my 2012 Suzuki GV. I was looking for the proper mounts to install a Kayak rack system. Because my vehicle has a built in rail system it was very confusing what was needed. Thank you etrailer for hooking me up with the appropriate parts for the Rhino system, it worked great!
This has been a wonderful kayak holder for us. I love how I can fold it down and my STI no longer looks ridiculous and maybe even slightly still sporty even with a kayak holder system. It’s very strong and easy to use. The only downside is it has no theft deterrent or security locking at all. Absolutely anyone can come remove this quickly and easily without looking suspicious. Get some sort of lock like a zip lock with steel core perhaps if you are even slightly worried about theft.
Good product quality, but the price is a bit high compared to products from another brand with the same quality.

Just put the racks on the Subaru Crosstrek two days ago and strapped in the HiLife hybrid kayak/sup boards. Excellent product. Easy to adapt and easy to install. Super secure fit and worked well for the trip to the coast. Fit my aftermarket crossbars perfectly. These racks be bought anywhere, but I cannot recommend etrailer enough as the source. Excellent customer service, excellent follow through, and they back the products they sell. If you need information, they are there.
Received all items ordered in one box, in excellent condition and in a timely manner. I just completed installation of the rack, the extension rack for an additional kayak and anchor strap locations on my 2009 RAV4, with Aero crossbars. No road test yet, but the rhino rack looks solid and fits well! Thanks again!
This is not a great fit for a truck. The main carrier works very well and I word suggest that instead of getting the extension get another folding rack. Using the the extension forces you to reach all the way across the roof, which is difficult to do while trying to use the included straps. Would work very well for a small compact car that you can reach from the ground.
As always, etrailer processed and shipped my order swiftly. I haven't loaded with kayaks yet, but given my high esteem for Rhino Rack products and its sturdy construction, I have high hopes.
