Quickly and easily install a 4-way trailer connector on your vehicle with this custom wiring harness. T-One connector plugs directly into existing wiring - no cutting, splicing or tapping required.

Installation
This custom-fit T-One connector plugs into your vehicle's wiring harness, which is located behind the driver's-side and passenger's-side tail lights. You will have to remove either the tail light assemblies or interior trim panels to access this harness.
Once installation is complete, the 4-way flat connector will be stowed either in the jack storage compartment of your cargo area or beneath your vehicle, near the trailer hitch. A mounting bracket (sold separately) is recommended to keep the connector secure if you are mounting it near the hitch.
It is recommended that you use a small amount of grease on all electrical connections - the plugs on your automobile and the 4-pole connector itself - to help prevent corrosion.

OK, had to do some modifications to the install plan, quess this was because this van does not have a rear door molding strip, but again, well worth the cost for the harness, and was easy to install.
The hitch was better than I could have imagined. It was easy to install, the installation parts were all there and the wiring was easy. I installed it in less than one hour and that included one beer during the installation

The wiring harness was a cinch to install, it went in exactly as the instrutions said. I am very happy that I bought the pre-wired harness, there was no guess work and it took me about 40 minutes to install.

this kit came extremely fast. I ordered on the weekend and had it in my hand by mid-week. although my vehicle was not named in the instructions specifically, it was still not hard to install. It took longer to route the wires under the plastic trim than anything else. My Ford is 10 years old so sometimes things don't always go right. but this kit worked perfectly. Took about 20 minutes. I highly recommend Etrailer.
As usual with Etrailer I got exactly what I needed at a great price. Directions were the only bad part of this wiring harness as they werent very well written. Thankfully it was a pretty straightforward process and I had it installed within an hour
Very easy to install on my 2003 Ford Ranger. Much simpler fix than trying to track down the problem with the factory harness.
Little modification needed for a 2001 F150. Works great. Took around 55minutes from start to finish with little modifications to the plastic connection.
