I would be happy to help you determine the correct weight distribution hitch for towing your travel trailer with your 2018 Ram 1500, but you will need to confirm the total tongue weight of your setup to make sure you select the correct system.
Total tongue weight is the tongue weight of your fully loaded and ready to tow trailer, plus the weight of any cargo behind the rear axle of your Ram. The easiest way to get an accurate tongue weight measurement is by using a tongue weight scale like the # e99044, but there are other ways outlined in the included help article.
Since your trailers GVWR is 7000lbs and typical tongue weight is 10-15% of the trailer weight you should see between 700-1050lbs tongue weight with the trailer loaded to maximum capacity.
With that in mind if your total tongue weight is between 800-1000lbs the Blue Ox TrackPro Weight Distribution w/ Sway Control - 9-Hole Shank - 10K GTW, 1K TW # BLU87FR would be the correct system for you.
If your total tongue weight exceeds the 1000lb max of the # BLU87FR you will want to step up to the # BLU27FR which works with total tongue weights ranging from 1000-1300lbs instead.
I included videos for the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
