Hey Bernice!
For your 2026 Toyota Sienna LE, you're going to to want our etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e56RR. This hitch will bolt up to your frame for a simple, no-drill install, sit right below the bumper of your van, and overall won't detract from your Sienna's factory look. It's rated for up to 3,500 lbs. for towing and 350 lbs. of tongue weight, so it's great for using a cargo carrier like our 24x60 etrailer Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches # e98874. I like this hitch over the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C22UR because of its matte black finish which blends better into the underbody of the vehicle.
Toyota Siennas (and minivans in general) do sit pretty low to the ground, so to ensure the cargo carrier clears the ground and doesn't scrape, you will want a high-low hitch like Yakima FlipFlop High-Low Adapter # Y64MX. This one will give you a 2-1/8" rise above your hitch and a 9" extension, but it is important to note that any adapter on your accessories will reduce your hitch capacity by up to 50%, so you'd be going from 350 lbs. of tongue weight on the hitch to 175 lbs. maximum capacity by using this, or any, adapter. I have a photo posted below of how the hitch looks when installed under your van, as well as a photo showing the Yakima FlipFlop in use.
What do you plan to carry with the cargo carrier? Do you know the overall weight of the cargo?

The hitch does affect ground clearance especially when an accessory is installed such as a bike rack or tray type carrier. Exiting a parking lot or where there is a dip in the curb didn’t scrape the hitch itself but it did scrape my carriers. I added a 6” extension that raises the level of the accessory. This has worked well.

No, I don’t know the weight, but I doubt it will stress any hitch. Initially, beach gear(including a fold up trolley, umbrellas, and chairs) and bicycles I would think.
