Question:

I have a 2025 Sienna platinum and was wondering what the minimum clearance with this hitch is. Also I have a Hollywood rack destination e bike rack and would like to know if it is fully compatible. Thanks.

Hey Ruby, it's good to hear from you again!

The bottom of the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e56RR will sit roughly 8-3/4" above the ground. If you jump to the 1:41 minute mark of the linked video you'll see where we take this measurement (we measure to the top inside of the hitch receiver).

The Hollywood Racks Destination E Bike Rack # HLY66ZR has a 4" rise so the trays of the rack will be sitting somewhere just shy of 13" above the ground. This isn't a ton of clearance, but it's pretty standard for mini vans so as long as you enter and exit steep places (like a driveway) at an angle you'll be good to go!
