Had to return the rack because it said in the owner manual that it was not the right one for our Tesla model even though your website said it was. Very confusing, matching car models to racks, but customer service was good about exchanging it for the proper model.
I cannot comment on use of it because I just bought it. However, I’m concerned with car scratches, and one of hooks sits rather tightly in the seam of my 2014 Ford Escape’s hatchback.
It is doubtful I can put a protective material in with the hook, so am searching for some type of tape material to assist.
Otherwise, testing it out, it seems secure on the car, and the quality of the product seems high.
I am very impressed with e trailer’s service and website.

Works well with my Macan. The rack can be secured easily and can comfortably hold 3 bikes and varying sizes. The adjustable arms ensure that the bikes do not come into contact with the car or the other bikes!

The bicycle rack is well designed and light, it is very easy to install just by one person. Once I tightened up the straps this rack is well secured and it did the great job as described.

have used it several times. first time I injured my shoulder getting it fitted correctly and loading bike in it, so it took a while for my shoulder to heal and gain confidence to give it a try again. this spring it was much better, already setup for the mounting, and easier to load
product has a solid frame, however I am returning the product due to the side hooks not securing properly on my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The top and bottom straps fit via the 'anchor' mode but the side straps do not fit flush below the tail lights where the Yakima fit site instructs them to go, and there is no alternative spot.
