I have a 26 ram 3500 srw 6.4 bed with gooseneck. Want to use the crosswing C32DR. Im looking at a 5th wheel with a MaxTurn™ Technology w/ Rota-Flex™ Pin Box. Ive seen conflicting answers on this. Is this compatible or do I need a lockout kit on pin box.

Welcome back William. The answer to both of your questions is yes. The Curt CrossWing Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Hitch item # C32DR will indeed work with a Rota-Flex pin box so long as you use the Rota-Flex Lockout Kit item # BLU62XR.
The articulating head on the Rota-Flex pin box has to be locked down with the Curt CrossWing item # C32DR because it would cause dual pivoting and unsafe movement at the connection point.
The Rota-Flex Lockout Kit item # BLU62XR attaches to the articulating head of the Rota-Flex pin box like the pictures I attached below. It'll stop all the movement and is compatible with the CrossWing item # C32DR not just Blue Ox hitches.
