Hello Gregg. We do offer a trailer hitch for your 2013 Buick Lacrosse, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C12115. This is a class 2 hitch, it has a 1-1/4" receiver and is rated for towing up to 3,500 lbs or 350 lbs of tongue weight. So, more than enough for a light boat and trailer. I also recommend that you get the Curt T-Connector # 56098 which will definitely be the most convenient wiring option for your Buick. You will also need a ball mount such as part # 36065 as well as a 1-7/8" ball # 19256 or 2" hitch ball # 19258.
