Question:
I want a receiver that I will only use for a bike rack. I need all the clearance in the back that I can get though because I have a dip before an incline driveway. Our other car with an aftermarket receiver drug because of the receiver. Any good products for this application? Thanks in advance.

For your 2019 Chevy Impala there are two trailer hitch receiver options, the Curt # C12115 and the Draw-Tite # 36538.
Between these two options I recommend the Draw-Tite # 36538 as it will sit back 1" further from the end of the bumper, and will sit 1/2" higher at right around 10-1/2" from the ground to the bottom of the receiver.
I recommend driving your Impala to the dip before your driveway and measuring to make sure this will be enough clearance for you.
Lastly if you do not already have a bike rack I recommend going with the Yakima RidgeBack 2 Bike Rack # Y02457 which will fit perfectly in this receiver and allows you to carry two bikes weighing up to 40lbs each. Hanging bike racks like this are the best for ground clearance as there is very little of the rack hanging down by the trailer hitch receiver like a platform rack.
I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
