Where are you headed to with your bikes, Justin??

Confirm fits with a 2024 Toyota Corolla Hatchback SE. This is my 4th hitch that I’ve bought through etrailer.com and I’ve been extremely satisfied every single time. I’m by no means a professional at putting hitches on but this one took me just under an hour to install by myself. The video that etrailer provides of the installation was very helpful as usual. It’s always nice to have an actual visual of the installation before going at it yourself. During the installation I did leave the lower plastic on the car as there was plenty of space to get the hitch and bumper rail into place. It would’ve been helpful to have another person helping out with the install when mounting the hitch and bumper rail together but once I was able to get one bolt started it was easy to finish the rest. I will continue to give etrailer.com my business whenever I need a new hitch for my vehicle. Very satisfied with everything. Love the nice clean fit of the hitch to the vehicle.

Fits 2025 Toyota Carolla hatch XSE. Installed by myself, just had to get creative with zip ties to keep the hitch and grey bar aligned. Once I put bolts on each side I removed the zip ties. everything was pretty easy from there.

2022 Toyota Corolla Hatchback

The fit and finish of this hitch is great. Install took me just over 2 hours. My son helped the 2nd hour, after the bumper was disassembled. By far the hardest part is unhooking and then reconnecting the wire harness and electrical connectors. After getting the hitch installed, and the bumper close out panel on, I absolutely could not get the license plate light connecters hooked up. I had to again remove the close out panel, then pop out the license plate lights then hook up the connectors. Kind of pain, but thats not the hitches fault. If you need a hitch this is a good one, just keep in mind the wire harness and connectors take the most amount of time. I'm very happy with the hitch and with eTrailer. Great price, fast shipping, awesome installation videos, no complaints!

2020 Toyota Corolla Hatchback

My 4th Receiver Hitch I have ordered from etrailer, and will continue to do so whenever needed. Packaging is always perfect, Shipping is always faster than advertised, and the Videos are always helpful. Thank you!

This kit was super easy to install on my 2019 Corolla hatchback. Only advice I can offer is remove the bumper hardware with handtools. I snapped a bolt off with my impact wrench. Othewise, this took me 20 minutes to install and fit well. I used the etrailer video for assistance in removing the bumper cover and found it extremely helpful. I have been towing a 5x8 trailer and it has worked flawlessly.

by:

Bought the hitch and Curt 2 bike rack for my 2019 Toyota Corolla Hatchback. I like the hitch because when installed, it is hardly noticeable because it is flush with the rear. I especially appreciate the detailed video of an installation.

Unfortunately, I didn't have the same luck with the bike rack. The shank was missing from the box. I called and was told it would be shipped within 24 hours. It wasn't shipped for 4 days. It made it to me just in time for my departure on a long trip. Too much stress waiting for the missing part.

by:

This hitch fit my corolla hatchback like a glove. Awesome fit and finish. I’m using a 1/4 to 2inch adapter to fit my Thule 2inch bike rack. The adapter had a bit too much wiggle for my liking so I ordered hitch clamps to keep everything from moving. Everything is now super solid couldn’t be any happier with the outcome.

Also, during installation I would recommend take the actual crash bar off the frame mounts to make the install so much easier by yourself.

Fit my 2019 Corolla Hatchback perfectly. Looks OEM

Very nice hitch for a very good price from Etrailer.com. They ship free and fast!
Looks nice with Thule bike rack!

2019 Toyota Corolla Hatchback

Perfect fit to my 2021 corolla xse hatch! The only thing the video is missing is how to remove clips to get to the plastic rear bumper panel that are on the left and right side that hides the four screws that need to be unscrewed. And also how to unclick the two wires attached to the black bumper cover. But over all everything is great!

2003 Subaru Impreza

Install was extremely easy and took no time at all(20mins). Not only that, the part quality and fitment was spot on. This is the second trailer hitch I’ve purchased from them and both of them work great! 22 Corolla Hatchback and a 2003 Subaru WRX. Pictures down below!!

by:
2018 Toyota C-HR

Per my installer, item is pretty slick as to how it fits on the car seamlessly and out of sight. It took them longer to install than anticipated (1 hour to almost 2) but once it's on, it is on and unobtrusive.

2025 Toyota Corolla Hatchback

This is my second purchase from you guys.
I can say just GREAT!!!
Highly recommended!

by:

Good service and transaction. Only complaint is that it said 1 day shipping and took 4 which cost me a lot of time to get it installed when I had it set up assuming the shipping was 1 or 2 days. Great step by step video.

by:

Ordering hitch was easy and brief. Installing was easier than expected. Seems to be a well built hitch. Thank you. FYI local uhaul dealer wanted twice as much for the hitch and it was a special order.

by:

Awesome service as usual

by:

Great fit and easy to install. The video helped so much, I appreciate yall taking the time to do that. I was skeptical at first because it looked too easy but it was a breeze. Took me less than an hour start to finish. I did not have to take the bottom part of the bumper off like the video suggested, just the license plate area. Would buy again if I needed to. Perfect for hauling my 4x6 trailer

A perfect addition to my Corolla hatch! Subtle yet functional. Holds my bike rack secure, and with being mounted higher up under the car, the hitch just barely peeks out from the center of the bumper. So unlike the [other retail] tow that you can see all of, I can still add a dual exhaust to the car and not have the hitch be in the way :)
I had a body shop install it while they were doing some work, so while I can't personally comment on installation, it was easy enough that they didn't even charge me for it; so take that for what it's worth.

2019 Toyota Corolla Hatchback

eTrailer has been great, which is consistent with my previous experience, and also the reason why I bought from them again.
The Curt hitch, itself, seems a quality piece, fits well, and will hopefully provide good and long service. I'll only be using it for light bike racks, and it is robust for the purpose.

Curt's instructions, however, are terrible. The photos on the printed black and white instruction sheets are often indecipherable. Going to Curt's website allows you to see the same instructions in color, which is a help, but which still lacks the most important necessary instructions.

The entire key to getting this install done is properly understanding what portion of the rear bumper cover needs to be removed, and how to do it. To the first of these, it is the black center section, to which the license plate mounts, that needs to be unattached. It's not a bad job if you know this, and can see and work with the built-in plastic clips. A few pictures would help a lot, but these are lacking, which adds a lot of guesswork.
In my case this situation was made much worse by the fact that I live on a dirt road, and accumulated dried mud made it very difficult to see what was needed.

It’s a trailer hitch. Not much that can go wrong lol. The installation video for the Corolla hatchback is very helpful. The only thing that the guy doesn’t tell you at the end is how difficult it is to reattach the wiring once you put a hitch in the way. Lol I’m not complaining I just thought that it was funny.

  • Why is There Only a Class I Trailer Hitch for my 2025 Toyota Corolla Hatchback?
Hello Eric. Congrats on the new 2025 Corolla Hatchback! Yes, the only hitch that I see for the 2025 Toyota Corolla Hatchback is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11567 which is a Class I with a 1 1/4" receiver. I checked the previous years and it looks like they only had a Class I as well. When a vehicle only has a class I available, it's because that vehicle is not supposed to be hauling anything heavier. I would check your owners manual to see what Toyota says the vehicle can handle....

  • Bike Rack for Lectric Lite XP 2.0 On 2019 Corolla Hatchback
Hi Gabriel; the Saris Freedom # SA4412B will not work for the Lectric XP Lite 2.0 since the capacity is 35 lbs per bike when used with a Class I hitch. If you only need it for a single bike you can use the Kuat Transfer V2 Bike Rack # KU64FR which can handle up to 60 lbs. This is a wheel mount instead of a frame mount but it looks like the bike doesn't have fenders so that won't be an issue. If you need bike rack for 2 bikes I recommend the Thule T2 Classic Bike Rack # TH9045. This has...

I do recommend just calling and asking if they have any type of experience with this. • Is There a 2018 Toyota C-HR Trailer Hitch with a Tongue Weight Higher Than 200 lbs
Thanks for reaching out, Eddie! It looks like the only hitch receivers made for your 2018 Toyota C-HR are Class I rated so they only have up to a 200 lb tongue weight rating. If you can get around that, then my recommendation is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11567 because it has the hidden crosstube and a reinforced collar around the hitch receiver. If you let me know what you're needing to transport I can see if we have any alternative options that can help get that tongue weight down.

  • Recommended Trailer Hitch And Wiring For A 2024 Toyota Corolla SE Hatchback
Hey Fred, For a 2023 Toyota Corolla Hatchback you'd be able to install the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11567 that you were already looking at. From there you would want to measure the distance from the bottom of the trailer coupler to the top of the inside of the trailer hitch receiver to see what kind of rise you'd need to keep the trailer level while towing. Once we know what rise you'll need we can find the right ball mount. You'll also want to pick up the Curt T-Connector Vehicle...

  • Bike Rack Solution for 2021 Toyota C-HR
Hey Tony, we don't have any trunk mounted bike racks that fit your 2021 Toyota C-HR but we can still help. Instead you'd want to go with a hitch mounted bike rack like the Hollywood Racks Trail Rider part # HR200Z with a hitch installed like the Curt part # C11567. Hitch racks are a lot more secure and they don't touch any painted metal surfaces so there's no risk for scratching.
