Question:

This says it will fit a 2019 Corolla sedan, but what about a hatchback? Any differences?

There actually is a difference as the Hatchback is a completely different model than the Sedan for a 2019 Toyota Corolla. For your Hatchback you need the Curt Trailer Hitch # C11567 which has a cleaner look when installed due to the crossbar being hidden. Most manufacturers don't have a big difference between the Sedan and Hatchback versions of the same model but there is enough difference for the '19 Corolla (the Hatchback used to be the IM) that Toyota lists it as a separate model altogether.

Attached is a photo showing what the trailer hitch will look like once installed as well as the written installation instructions that you can check out. If you let me know what you plan on using the trailer hitch for I can make some recommendations for you.
