Hey Fred,
For a 2023 Toyota Corolla Hatchback you'd be able to install the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11567 that you were already looking at. From there you would want to measure the distance from the bottom of the trailer coupler to the top of the inside of the trailer hitch receiver to see what kind of rise you'd need to keep the trailer level while towing. Once we know what rise you'll need we can find the right ball mount.
You'll also want to pick up the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56309 to transfer your light signals through to the trailer. This harness plugs into your factory wiring and has a power wire to run up to the battery.
